Stephanie Cohen Xu

Stephanie Cohen Xu is a New York City-based, Colombian-American editor, writer, and artist with an MA in English Literature from Boston University and specializations in medieval literature, children’s literature, and art history. Stephanie’s writing on science fiction, fantasy, horror, and speculative fiction has appeared in BookPage, BookList, Publishers Weekly, and Kirkus Reviews. Stephanie has over a decade of editorial experience, and particularly loves to work on projects in magical realism, KidLit, and graphic novels and comics. Stephanie has held volunteer roles at We Need Diverse Books and Girls Write Now, as well as literary magazines Ploughshares, Clarion, and the LA Review of Books. When not reading or writing, Stephanie enjoys adventuring with their spouse and senior rescue dog.
